Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions in alignment with defined business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for revenue and billing processes.
- Design and develop ORMB modules, including product setup, pricing rules, billing rules, and accounting rules.
- Perform data migration, system integration, and comprehensive testing to ensure seamless ORMB operations.
- Optimize ORMB performance and troubleshoot both technical and functional issues.
- Document system configurations, customizations, and workflows for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on ORMB functionalities.
- Stay updated on ORMB features, new releases, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, procedures, and directives, including potential changes in work location, team, shifts, flexibility arrangements, and other requirements that may arise due to evolving business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) implementation or support projects.
- Proven expertise in ORMB implementation using Java SDK.
- Strong knowledge of ORMB modules, including pricing, billing, and accounting functionalities.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in data migration, system integration, and testing processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise billing concepts and revenue management best practices.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an SSMO (DevOps) environment, including production support activities.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle certifications related to ORMB or Financials.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, with preference for Microsoft Azure.
