Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear data requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data collection, transformation, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and trends in data, and provide recommendations to enhance product performance, adoption, user experience, and overall business outcomes.
- Partner with the product team to design and execute experiments that validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
- Develop and implement statistical models to support forecasting, predictive analytics, and optimization.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commerce products.
- Identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and contribute to the development of new product features and capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a business development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or HiveQL.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is an added advantage.
