Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and identification of authoritative sources.
- Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
- Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Develop and apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to address complex business problems.
- Document data quality findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assistant Vice President – Expectations:
- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness in collaboration with other business divisions and functions.
- Lead a team handling complex tasks, applying strong professional expertise to deliver outcomes that impact the wider business function.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of industry-standard data and security frameworks, preferably within the HR function.
- Functional knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Workday, including Prism Analytics.
- Proficiency in data cleansing, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.
- Ability to translate business questions into data definitions and source-to-target mapping documents.
- Experience in automating data testing using scripting languages such as Python, and BI tools like Qlik or similar platforms.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, data and product developers, and testing teams to ensure business questions are clearly addressed in final deliverables.
- Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of Workday payroll processes.
- Foundational knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Understanding of big data architecture with exposure to Hive and Impala.
- Hands-on experience with Python and Spark.
