Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to gather and understand MI and dashboard requirements.
- Design, implement, and optimize transaction monitoring rules, scenarios, and typologies to reduce false positives and improve detection effectiveness.
- Analyze transaction data to identify emerging trends, typologies, and unusual patterns.
- Perform tuning and optimization of transaction monitoring systems such as Mantas, Actimize, or SAS.
- Design innovative data solutions that address complex business requirements and support decision-making.
- Create detailed field-level mappings for various MI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Identify and recommend process improvements based on insights derived from data analysis.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, data analysis methodologies, and best practices.
