Accountabilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using a variety of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement automated report generation processes to improve efficiency and timeliness.
- Identify and analyze business requirements to define report content, structure, and format.
- Maintain and update existing reports and dashboards to align with evolving business needs, including coordination of reporting template releases and related administrative tasks.
- Establish robust processes and controls for collating input data and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting.

- Take responsibility for the end results of a team’s operational processes and activities.
- Escalate any breaches of policies or procedures appropriately.

- Act as a key contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, building and maintaining a network of contacts across teams and external to the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in designing and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using various data visualization tools and techniques.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar data visualization tools), and Python.
