Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and report on AXP and Segment Balance Sheet.
- Maintain enterprise-wide balance sheet health by ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and financial integrity, including timely research and clearance of reconciling items.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as account owners, regulators, and entity/segment controllers.
- Drive continuous improvement by leading intelligent automation initiatives and ensuring compliance with management policies.
- Strengthen the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit outcomes and enhancing internal controls.
- Continuously challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for process redesign and automation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate with 1–4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand process linkages.
- Proven expertise in accounting.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to pursue ideas with conviction.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Assertive, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
- Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
