Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day vendor data configuration requirements for new and existing clients on the Data & Analytics Platform, including defining key milestones, handling action items, and coordinating with stakeholder departments.
- Provide ongoing support for the production processes powering the Aladdin Data Factory, including implementing analytic and reporting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Aladdin functionality to help clients fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
- Deliver high-quality client services to both external clients and internal teams.
- Address client and internal partner inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager by documenting client requirements, evaluating potential solutions, and ensuring key deliverables are achieved.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong academic achievement with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field of study.
- Intellectually curious with a “student of the markets” mindset and a passion for learning about global financial markets and the investment management business.
- Strong desire to understand processes, with creativity in solving unconventional problems and an entrepreneurial drive to learn new skills and technologies.
- Knowledge of risk analytics for fixed income, equity, and alternative products; exposure to private markets or derivatives is an advantage.
- Strong critical thinking skills with proven experience leveraging technology to solve problems at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete large and complex projects.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate cross-departmental projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player, able to work effectively in an innovative, dynamic, and high-pressure setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly across different functions and levels.
- Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with UNIX/Linux, Python, or Java is a plus.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
