Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Salesforce customers and prospects to complete security and compliance questionnaires.
- Maintain and regularly update customer-facing security and compliance documents, including white papers.
- Manage customer security audits end-to-end, coordinating effectively across global time zones.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Product Management team based on customer-driven requests.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive security and compliance knowledge base for use by Sales and Customer Success teams across multiple Salesforce services.
- Support the development and delivery of security and compliance training programs for internal Sales and Customer Success groups.
- Ensure audit readiness by preparing and maintaining evidence documentation for customer audits.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives by leveraging the Salesforce platform.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a technology-related field.
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or Diploma qualification in Information Security or Cyber Security.
- 0–3+ years of experience in supporting RFPs/RFIs for large customers across industries, with a focus on security and compliance in a global on-demand environment.
- 0–3+ years of experience in managing Application Security and Risk Assessments, as well as Cloud Security Questionnaires.
- Strong understanding of various security certifications and standards for cloud environments (e.g., CSA CAIQ, SOC 2, ISO 27000 series, PCI-DSS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
