Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions using industry-standard delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, across various architectural patterns.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry and client standards, ensuring code quality and adequate code coverage, while debugging and resolving issues or defects.
- Actively participate in the delivery process, including Agile development activities such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate quality issues or risks to team leads, scrum masters, or project leaders when necessary.
- Gain expertise in the end-to-end software construction cycle, including design (both high-level and low-level), coding, unit testing, deployment, and defect fixing, while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (Computer Science) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web or application development using the .NET technology stack.
- Experience in developing solutions by following established technical designs, application development standards, and quality processes.
- Proficiency in using standard development tools such as Visual Studio and TFS.
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, Collections, and Generics.
- Experience in web technologies such as ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC), WCF, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Proficiency in ADO.NET.
- Experience working with web/application servers (IIS) and basic SQL, including simple joins.
- Ability to estimate work products accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varied business domains, apply innovative technical solutions, and leverage learnings across industries.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Enterprise Library.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, NHibernate, and Linq2SQL.
- Knowledge of AJAX, Silverlight, AngularJS, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with design patterns.
- Ability to write build/configuration scripts using build tools (e.g., Ant, MSBuild) and create MSI packages.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., functional, development, testing).
- A good team player and a quick learner with strong aptitude for grasping new concepts quickly.
Prior Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience working with C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, JavaScript, Web API, and SQL.
