Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an ambassador of quality within the Agile Product squad.
- Collaborate with a team comprising a Software Engineering Manager, Software Engineers, and fellow Software Test Engineers, reporting to the QA Engineering Manager.
- Contribute to delivering efficient, effective, and scalable solutions for diverse problems.
- Learn and assist the team in designing, developing, building, and maintaining QA solutions and processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience:
- Experience in API testing.
- Understanding of various testing levels within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in delivering high-quality solutions, preferably in a microservices environment.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and practices.
- This is a hybrid position; in-office days will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong coding and scripting skills in Java.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile software delivery methods and the principles and practices of BDD, ATDD, and TDD.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with mocking tools, Kafka, Kubernetes (EKS), and contract testing is desirable.
