Key Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
- Conduct analyses and build solutions based on insights derived from data.
- Provide insights to management to support strategic planning.
- Analyze metrics, key performance indicators, and other data sources to identify root causes of process defects.
- Support business development by creating efficient designs and solution processes.
- Determine optimal utilization of resources.
- Research and implement opportunities for cost reduction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology or Business Administration in any discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (mandatory); knowledge of Python is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
