Key Responsibilities:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to support the completion of assignments and enhance learning and skill development.
- Work on internal projects aimed at delivering customer outcomes and identifying opportunities for business improvement.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to assist in the execution of assigned projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and fellow interns to engage and network with global business leaders.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or any other STEM-related or business-related field.
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent academic performance as per the country’s grading system.
- Demonstrate fluency in both spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
- Willing and able to relocate for the duration of the internship, depending on the location requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the country of application without the need for company sponsorship or any time-based restrictions, now or in the future.
