Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the Salesforce platform and its various components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and others.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce architecture concepts such as multi-tenant architecture and metadata-driven development.
- Utilize point-and-click tools like Flows to create automation without code, and develop Reports and Dashboards as needed.
- Understand REST and SOAP APIs to integrate Salesforce with other systems, and use tools like Postman to test API calls.
- Understand the use of Visualforce pages for custom UI development and demonstrate familiarity with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Salesforce release cycle and change management processes, including the use of Sandboxes and change sets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have 1–2 years of experience driving the technical implementation of solutions to meet business requirements using Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Automation tools.
- Possess experience working with tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and third-party integration tools like MuleSoft and Zapier.
- Effectively deliver technical deliverables, including technical design documentation, and contribute to project success through high-quality outputs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation, development, and deployment within the team and organization.
- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Architects to develop solution estimates, including technical planning, refinement, and identifying dependencies.
- Work closely with cross-functional and product teams, internal and external technical experts, Architects, and third-party partners to ensure successful project delivery.
