Key Responsibilities:
- Mine and analyze data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality.
- Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications, applying a comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas integrate to achieve business objectives.
- Consult with users and clients to resolve complex system issues through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards, and recommend solutions where appropriate.
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives for complex projects through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of relevant business systems and industry practices.
- Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work delivered by self and others, influencing the performance of own team and closely related work groups.
- Evaluate and consider the business implications of applying technology within the current business environment.
- Drive effective communication between business leaders and IT, demonstrating strong communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating commitment to safeguarding the firm’s reputation and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, exercising sound ethical judgment, and escalating or managing control issues with transparency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets.
- Ability to effectively apply complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated influencing, facilitation, and partnering abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and applications.
