Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and translate them into high-quality technology solutions.
- Proactively engage with, manage, and build strong relationships with both business and technology teams.
- Take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide ongoing support to technology teams as needed, including authoring or reviewing test cases, resolving open issues and questions, and managing the change request process.
- Identify risks and issues early, plan and implement mitigating actions, and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business users, project and programme managers, and technology stakeholders to ensure all parties are fully engaged and expectations are effectively managed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree or relevant professional qualification(s) in a related field.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong domain knowledge in Foreign Exchange (FX).
- Solid working knowledge of FX systems and trade booking models.
- Good understanding of front-to-back trade flow for FICC products, with a focus on FX.
- Proven experience in delivering major projects or programs within the front-office IT domain.
- Broad knowledge of banking products, including derivatives across multiple asset classes, as well as risk management processes, settlements, and client onboarding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across functions and geographic locations.
