Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake new Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure completion within the expected timescales and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform regular “business as usual” tasks, including the periodic refresh of existing BIAs.
- Collaborate with established contacts within the IT services organization and the wider firm to ensure BIAs are completed to the required standards.
- Respond to queries and questions related to the completion of BIAs and any subsequent actions.
- Support education and awareness initiatives, including delivering sessions or providing individual training to help stakeholders complete BIAs effectively.
- Coordinate with global team members to ensure seamless team operations across various locations and time zones.
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently implement agreed roadmaps and manage assigned work streams.
- Work independently while remaining open to supervision and guidance as needed.

- Solid understanding and practical exposure to risk management and business continuity management (BCM), ideally within a multinational environment.
- Proven flexibility to balance multiple work streams and handle competing demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-cultural teams across the globe, recognizing and integrating cultural differences.
- Strong decision-making skills to appropriately balance the organization’s needs with business impact and benefit.

- Capacity to act within defined guidelines and policies, maintaining regular contact with and oversight from a manager, while also making initial independent decisions when appropriate.

- Strong command of the English language, with excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Information Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Risk Management, or similar roles.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Operational understanding of standards such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 31000.
- Possession of one or more relevant certifications, such as BCI Certified (Business Continuity Institute – AMBCI, MBCI), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Familiarity with local and regional regulatory requirements and their impact on IT policies and controls.
- Strong appreciation for the business benefits of robust internal controls and sound risk management practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and fundamentals, including platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Proficiency in advanced reporting and data visualization tools, specifically Power BI.
- Experience working with RSA Archer or similar governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) platforms.
