Key Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in shaping the pod strategy by defining critical performance metrics, monitoring trends, and recommending interventions based on performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand business challenges and translate them into well-defined analytical problem statements.
- Take ownership of the insight generation phase, conducting in-depth analysis to deliver objective, data-backed answers to business problems.
- Present evidence-based insights and hypotheses in a clear and compelling manner to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute beyond data analysis by proactively sharing ideas to improve critical metrics, approaching problems with a business-owner mindset and validating hypotheses through data.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in analytics and data visualization, ensuring that dashboards are thoughtfully designed for easy consumption and actionable insights by the pod.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in analytics roles.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Exhibit a strong business acumen and curiosity to understand product functionality.
- Skilled in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and consolidate data from multiple sources for analysis and dashboarding.
- Have a natural intuition for data and the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView.
- Familiarity with data analysis languages like R and Python, and a good understanding of core statistical concepts; experience with machine learning models is a plus but not required.
- Able to communicate ideas and findings clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Capable of narrating the story behind the analysis, offering additional value in business discussions.
