Key Responsibilities:
- Review the extraction of online content to ensure accuracy and high quality.
- Conduct both remote and live audits of cases to maintain process compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members for performance improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the direct team.
- Understand customer needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
- Ensure the logical and meaningful extraction of content from URLs.
- Write, review, and optimize advertising text and ad extensions for better performance.
- Implement final changes as required, in alignment with process quality guidelines.
- Develop domain expertise related to the processes to enhance overall efficiency.
