Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic analytics focused on digital acquisition experiences across international markets to enhance and optimize customer experiences.
- Define and develop key KPIs to monitor and measure the performance and effectiveness of the acquisition journey.
- Support the development and launch of new products and capabilities through data-driven insights.
- Present experiment readouts, uncovering key insights and learnings to further optimize the customer journey.
- Build a deep functional understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and platforms to ensure that analytical insights are relevant and actionable.
- Conduct in-depth strategic analysis by mining digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data to support decision-making and provide analytical insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong programming skills preferred, with hands-on experience in Big Data technologies such as Hive and Spark, as well as Python and SQL.
- Experience in handling and processing large datasets; foundational knowledge of data science is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and align with partners across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to address unstructured and complex business problems and present key insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Basic understanding of statistical techniques used in experimentation and hypothesis testing, including regression, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
