Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line functional support for CME, CSP, AI, and other frontline applications, responding to user requests through the Frontline Helpdesk (FLHD) in accordance with established procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve user requests while ensuring timely updates are communicated to end users throughout the request lifecycle.
  • Monitor and manage workloads across various queues to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Report technical issues to IT Support and serve as a liaison between users and IT teams, taking ownership of requests from initiation to closure.
  • Deliver high-quality user support by processing instructions accurately and meeting defined quality standards and performance targets.
  • Maintain a balance between productivity and quality while striving for operational excellence.
  • Identify individual training needs and participate in relevant learning and development programs.
  • Demonstrate effective use of system tools and adhere to standard procedures for optimal performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures in all deliverables.
  • Conduct data cleansing activities, including identifying, assessing, and resolving data quality issues.
  • Continuously enhance job-specific skills through ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to workflows, processes, and procedures for increased efficiency.
  • Adhere to Desk Instruction Manuals (DIMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and resolve day-to-day queries while ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Stay updated with the latest procedural and policy changes, collaborating with the program team to clarify any uncertainties.
  • Comply with all audit requirements, including but not limited to: Declaration of Secrecy, Data Protection Act, Health and Safety, Clear Desk Policy, process-specific audit guidelines, and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure alignment with all applicable compliance policies, including data security, AML, operational risk, functional manuals, audit recommendations, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Act promptly on audit findings and demonstrate adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Proactively report any audit or compliance issues to management and ensure timely closure of all outstanding audit recommendations under your scope.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university.
  • Solid experience and strong understanding of the Banking and Financial Services sector.
  • Proven ability to perform detailed analysis of user issues and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, promote ideas, and collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in multi-data environments and learn new systems rapidly.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Skilled in presenting analytical outputs to stakeholders and driving alignment on business actions or strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with frontline systems such as CRM or prior experience in a support environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data quality management principles.
  • Ability to clearly develop and communicate complex concepts and ideas in both written and spoken formats.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as required.
