Key Responsibilities:
- Develop improvement plans to support buyers and professionals in enhancing response time, lean targets, and the Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, and Management (QCLDM) framework for optimal and efficient operations.
- Analyze and maintain assigned processes to ensure high-quality outputs, build process expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customer and proposal efforts by providing accurate pricing information and assisting in supplier selection.
- Perform analytical and administrative tasks to support strategic purchasing initiatives.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of application systems.
- Possess hands-on experience in developing, coding, and testing computer programs for medium to complex level projects.
- Support the preparation of technical and procedural documentation required for application system development.
- Create detailed flowcharts to illustrate the processing logic for simple application programs.
- Contribute to programming system operations including encoding, testing, debugging, and documentation of programs.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle or SQL is considered a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expert-level experience in Power BI development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable curriculum from a top-tier university.
- Proven experience in developing VBA scripts and macros for automation.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with Python and SQL is preferred.
- Experience in the procurement or supply chain domain is highly recommended.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools (optional).
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
