Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by applying and enforcing best practices in software engineering, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed functional and technical requirements, and take full ownership of the code from design and implementation to test automation and delivery.
- Design user-friendly software that enables customers to easily extend and customize functionality to meet their unique business needs.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while continuously enhancing and maintaining the existing product suite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in leveraging or critically evaluating the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may involve using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-generated insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on specific functions or industries.
- 0–2+ years of experience in Java or any similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong passion for JavaScript and the web platform, with a focus on reusability and component-based development.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and considerations for performance and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Strong analytical thinking and software design skills.
- Working knowledge of development tools including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), ServiceNow instances, performance profilers, and system administration/Unix tools.
