Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, incorporating a variety of charts and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing dashboards.
- Optimize existing dashboards and reports to enhance performance, usability, and overall user experience.
- Perform data modeling and transformation using Power Query and DAX to ensure accuracy and relevance of visualizations.
- Apply best practices in data visualization and reporting to maintain consistency, clarity, and effectiveness across all reports.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users for effective use of Power BI tools and dashboards.
- Stay informed about new Power BI features, updates, and industry trends to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in designing and developing a variety of visualizations, including bar, line, pie, and scatter charts.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and practical experience with DAX and Power Query.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SQL, Python, and Databricks, along with a good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality management practices.
