General Summary:
- Apply software application knowledge and technical expertise to support business development activities, customer training, product demonstrations, and the commercialization, customization, and maintenance of Qualcomm products.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to customer software systems.
- Assist in system architecture tasks and develop feature-specific customizations based on customer requirements, from proof of concept through to commercial product launch.
- Support the evaluation of potential product applications, preparation of product specifications, dissemination of technical information, and resolution of software tool and product-related issues.
- Create technical documentation including product manuals, application notes, and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Level of Responsibility:
- Operates under direct supervision and guidance.
- Makes decisions that primarily impact their own work and immediate team.
- Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to share routine and factual information.

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- At least 1 year of experience applying debugging techniques to identify and resolve software issues.
