Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret Salesforce (SFDC) data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data within the Salesforce (SFDC) system.
- Perform account and contact cleanup activities, including identifying, merging, and removing duplicate or obsolete records.
- Evaluate and assess the potential business impact of major data updates before execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to aid in business decision-making.
- Implement and continuously refine data quality standards and best practices for efficient data management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and advancements related to data analysis and Salesforce (SFDC) capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) data analysis.
- Solid proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC); familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) and HG Insights (HGI) is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in using data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings effectively.
- Experienced in data cleaning, merging, and record deduplication processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) functionalities and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Proficient in SQL or other advanced data querying languages.
- Experience using BI and visualization tools such as Domo or CRM Analytics.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data management principles.
