Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highest-level support for programs, projects, reporting, and filing activities (both electronic and hard copy) within the BPO organization, including handling of confidential materials and issue resolution based on prior experience in the role.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in a specific area of administrative support.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing process and policy improvements.
- Read and comprehend process documents shared by the customer to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Analyze insurance requests received from customers and process them in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Navigate multiple client applications efficiently to retrieve and capture the necessary information required for processing customer requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client-defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Organize and complete tasks based on assigned priorities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Address problems using standard, predefined solutions and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Manage small projects under the guidance and oversight of a supervisor.
