Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain data within databases in a timely manner.
- Research, source, and collect information from various outlets such as company filings, amendments, press releases, external news sources, and official company announcements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in accordance with company standards for assigned products or markets.
- Possess a basic understanding of financial regulations and market practices relevant to the assigned markets.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to the immediate manager.
- Work independently within a defined area, taking ownership of issues related to one’s field of expertise.
- Adhere to change control procedures, content operations standards, and current data policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accountancy, or a related financial discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in using business communication tools such as phone and email.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet real-time data exchange demands from clients.
- Able to interpret financial statements and effectively explain key insights to stakeholders.
Core Skill Sets:
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet research is required.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and performing well under pressure.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (24/5) and during public or national holidays.
- Self-motivated and consistent even when performing routine or repetitive tasks.
