Key Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis of complex cross-franchise and group-wide requirements, ensuring alignment with key strategic principles.
- Capture, validate, and document both business and system requirements accurately and comprehensively.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across multiple franchises and business functions.
- Create and maintain project documentation while supporting control measures and quality assurance processes for key stakeholders and vendors.
- Identify and assist with cut-over planning and implementation tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Trace and align business requirements with the future state design to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts at various project stages to validate the proposed solution.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to business users during UAT execution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a relevant business analyst certification such as BAX, CPRE, or CBAP.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Hands-on experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven background in delivering business analysis within a technology or IT function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence across various levels.
