Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fact-finding initiatives to support technology product development.
- Act as a liaison between development teams and internal stakeholders for the creation and enhancement of features and products.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation strategies and escalate high-priority items for timely decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver communications to internal customers regarding new and improved features.
- Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Participate actively in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
- Develop detailed feature specification documents in collaboration with the product management team.
- Provide input to solution designs based on business requirements, constraints, and feasibility.
- Collect and analyze data to support and inform strategic business decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication between partners, product managers, and engineering teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of financial data sets.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Data Virtualisation tools, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric is desirable.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including technology, business, and end users.
- Experience in participating in or facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs and release plans, tracking team-level metrics, and removing blockers.
- Proven ability to solve business problems by generating and evaluating solutions while considering constraints.
- Skilled in working collaboratively to reach agreements, drive outcomes, and influence the actions, behaviors, and perspectives of others.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools effectively as a primary communication channel.
