Role Description:
- Stay updated with the latest system information, changes, and software updates.
- Adhere to assigned work schedules, attendance norms, and leave policies, with the flexibility to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Ensure compliance with CGI and client IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and established quality standards.
- Participate in the recruitment process by conducting initial screenings of potential candidates.

- Provide technical support services for international clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
