Key Responsibilities:
- Verify, organize, and update customer contact details to maintain accurate records.
- Assist customers with registration and navigation of the Customer Portal.
- Respond to customer queries related to the Red Hat subscription model.
- Provide basic technical support for issues related to Red Hat Enterprise Linux usage.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to track and confirm the status of their submitted technical issues.
- Collaborate and build connections with team members in an inclusive and diverse work environment where individuality and professional growth are encouraged.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data to support data-driven decision-making.

- Possess a valid Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification.
