Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with senior team members, technical leads, and product managers to support overall team success.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze and solve problems in both existing and newly developed codebases.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Expand your skills beyond core responsibilities by participating in various team initiatives and tasks.
- Leverage your programming expertise in Java and knowledge of microservices architecture to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant software solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- 0–3 years of experience in cloud technologies, database management, developing RESTful APIs, and working within microservices architecture.
- Customer-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, databases, design patterns, and modern software architecture, especially in cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates a passion for problem-solving, with the willingness to step out of comfort zones to tackle complex challenges.
- Eagerness to take responsibility for self-organization and continuous development.
- Strong team player with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies.
- Proficient in evaluating Java-based solutions for scalability, reliability, maintainability, and testability.
- Working experience with GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
