Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer issues are closed within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver the best possible resolutions to dissatisfied customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide assistance and support to customers before, during, and after the purchase or use of a product or service.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of customer support metrics and maintain quality service standards.
- Solve routine problems using established guidelines and refer to precedents where applicable.
- Follow detailed instructions for all assigned tasks and activities.
- Maintain communication primarily within your own team and report to your direct supervisor.
- Make decisions that impact only your own work, under close supervision.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a team, working within a defined and limited scope of responsibilities.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as required by the business.
