Key Responsibilities:
- Served as a dedicated client success partner, delivering empathetic and proactive support by understanding merchant concerns and resolving issues within defined SLAs.
- Acted as a consistent and reliable point of contact for merchants, ensuring clear communication and providing regular updates on ticket status and progress.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams including FinOps, Tech, Legal, Banking Operations, Risk & Chargebacks, and Business Operations to drive timely and effective resolutions.
- Supported account managers and the sales team in improving the overall merchant experience by executing operational tasks, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining personalized engagement.
- Maintained accurate and up-to-date documentation using tools such as Excel, Word, Freshdesk, and Slack.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of payment processes or prior experience in managing complex operational workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment while demonstrating resilience and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first approach.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and ticket management tools such as Freshdesk.
- Preferred experience in a client success or operational management role, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and solutions.
