Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams on various projects to identify areas for improvement through data gathering and analysis.
- Develop and deliver high-quality Operations Research (OR) solutions while maintaining comprehensive documentation to support seamless workflows and code reusability.
- Structure and communicate insights from workstreams effectively, delivering clear, professional presentations to teams, managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technical coordination and review meetings with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting of progress and escalation of issues when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Economics.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Operations Research (OR) techniques, including Linear Programming (LP), Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Markov Decision Processes (MDP), and metaheuristic algorithms (e.g., Genetic Algorithms, Ant Colony Optimization).
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Successful completion of the interview process is required for job qualification.
- Dependable and punctual, with consistent attendance as an essential aspect of the role.
Preferred Skills:
- Academic background in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience using optimization solvers such as Gurobi, CPLEX, or similar tools.
- Practical experience in designing algorithms or heuristics for solving OR problems in industrial or academic environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, R, Python, or other structured programming languages.
- Strong theoretical and applied knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) modeling techniques.
