Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies for roles in ethics, audit, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leads to understand hiring requirements and evaluate process governance frameworks.
  • Prioritize candidates who hold relevant audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and possess specialized expertise in ethics and compliance.

2. Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Identify potential risks in the hiring process and implement measures to mitigate issues related to data protection and fair hiring practices.
  • Stay informed about evolving industry regulations and trends impacting ethics, audit, and compliance recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Certifications: Possession of professional audit certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or equivalent is optional but highly valued.
  • Experience: Prior experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for ethics, audit, and compliance roles, or relevant industry experience in a similar domain.
