Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and configuration of Red Hat Exam systems to ensure readiness for exam delivery.
- Manage the setup and deployment of Red Hat Individual Exam systems and provide training and coaching to examiners.
- Review exam results and respond to candidate queries and concerns through ServiceNow and handle escalated issues via hotline calls.
- Collaborate with Red Hat Exam Sites to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of Red Hat exams.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) technical support for Red Hat Certification Exams.
- Troubleshoot exam setup failures and take corrective actions to ensure timely delivery of exams.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by candidates during live exam sessions to ensure a seamless exam experience.
- Prepare and document investigation reports for troubleshooting sessions related to exam delivery.
- Conduct exam quality assurance (QA) checks and facilitate pilot exams to ensure high standards and reliability.
- Report identified exam issues and feedback to the Exam Development team for further evaluation and resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team or software developers to enhance applications related to Red Hat Exams, including grading and processing functionalities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing real-time customer support.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Linux systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Experience in assisting examiners with exam-related issues is considered a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in taking Red Hat certification exams is desired or highly preferred.
- Proficient in deploying Red Hat Exam systems in various environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting systems running on remote hardware or cloud-based environments.
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is required or must be obtained within one month of hire; additional certifications such as Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) are considered a plus.
- Must obtain the Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator certification within one month of hire, if not already certified.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Red Hat’s cloud and platform products.
- Knowledge or experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform is an added advantage.
- Experience using ServiceNow is a bonus.
