Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring code is scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in peer collaboration and code reviews, promoting a culture of code quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with industry technology trends and innovations, contributing actively to internal technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Follow secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software development.
- Implement effective unit testing strategies to ensure code quality, readability, and long-term reliability.
