Key Responsibilities:
- Process assigned Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) creation requests by validating and ensuring all required criteria are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with the Finance team and other relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals for WBS creation.
- Maintain and update status reports on a daily basis to ensure transparency and tracking.
- Accurately enter data while managing workload effectively under pressure and prioritizing tasks.
- Interact professionally with individuals across all levels of the organization and build rapport with various teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting client expectations for quality and timely delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to graduates from any discipline such as BA, B.Com, or B.Sc.
- Apply prior experience in backend operations or processes supporting international clients (6 months to 2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Effective time management, active listening, and comprehension abilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to coordinate work with both national and local teams, virtually and in person.
Required Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly adapt to tools such as CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter, and/or Paradigm is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
