Key Responsibilities:
- Support BCG case teams in client projects involving primary data collection through surveys.
- Engage across all elements of the primary research value chain, collaborating with internal BCG teams and external service providers.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to survey data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement models, simulations, and data visualizations to enhance the usability and impact of survey analytics.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality analytical outputs that inform strategic decision-making for BCG clients.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, directly supporting BCG’s core consulting operations.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, actively seeking ways to improve processes and deliver greater impact.
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training programs to enhance technical and analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with a highly innovative team, while also contributing your own unique skill set and perspective.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in analytics, data science, mathematics, or related fields, along with relevant experience through projects, coursework, or internships in market or consumer research data analytics.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an academic background in statistics, applied statistics, operational research, economics, or mathematics.
Experience & Skills:
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in market research and data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills in data management, data processing, and performing data analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
- Exposure to tools such as SPSS, R, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, SAS, Market Sight, VBA, and SQL is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding and interest in database and analytical tool management.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
- Capable of engaging with senior stakeholders independently, managing expectations, and prioritizing deliverables effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
