Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between the Infosys delivery team and the client, ensuring quality assurance, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client requirements, contribute to design creation and review, validate architectural decisions, and ensure superior service delivery in the technology domain.
- Participate in project estimation activities, provide inputs for solution design and delivery, conduct technical risk assessments, and perform code and unit test plan reviews.
- Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, optimized code while ensuring knowledge sharing and adherence to organizational processes and standards.
- Play a key role in building efficient systems and programs that support clients in their digital transformation journey.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/ B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Experience in payer core domains, including claims processing, membership management, and provider management.
- Knowledge of provider clinical workflows, revenue cycle management (RCM), and pharmacy benefit management.
- Proficient in Agile and SAFe-Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience as a Healthcare Business Analyst.
- Expertise in Medicaid programs, with a strong background as a Business Analyst in Medicaid-specific projects.
- Skilled in FHIR and HL7 standards, with experience in data analysis and interoperability consulting within healthcare systems.
- Experienced in healthcare digital transformation, with capabilities in cloud data solution design, data analysis/analytics, and robotic process automation (RPA) solution design.
- Familiar with core healthcare concepts including claims, provider management, utilization management, pricing, and business analysis within Agile environments.
