Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and implement software solutions to streamline business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics.
- Examine complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive data-informed business decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Provide ongoing operational support, including system upgrades, defect fixes, and process modifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define automation requirements.
- Monitor and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance, addressing inefficiencies and technical issues.
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work with process owners to redesign workflows, maximizing efficiency and reducing costs through automation and data-driven strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on RPA tools, data analytics platforms, and best practices.
- Coordinate with IT teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of RPA and analytics solutions into existing systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, with experience in software development.
- Strong technical acumen with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of four years of experience in developing automation solutions using RPA and data analytics tools.
- Proven expertise in RPA development and deployment using platforms such as UiPath.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages, including Python and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of the key phases of the software delivery lifecycle and established software development methodologies.
- Expertise in process analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application code using multiple frameworks and technologies, such as RPA, PowerShell scripting, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of risk and control frameworks, along with AI and ML concepts and algorithms.
