Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter financial data into designated systems in a timely manner.
- Review, validate, and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update executive dashboards with current performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform quality checks and data verification to ensure data integrity.
- Assist Workiva Platform/OneStream users in retrieving and submitting financial reports to and from the database.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes, as well as forecasting and budgeting activities for financial reporting.
- Document standard operating procedures and maintain proper audit trails for compliance and transparency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data validation and Power BI.
- Experience in creating and maintaining financial dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in financial reporting and problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency in Alteryx and advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience or knowledge of the Workiva platform.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
