Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions for the application areas managed by the team.
- Take ownership of the team’s product areas running in production.
- Learn and apply new system design principles and responsibilities.
- Investigate and resolve production issues and defects related to team-owned solutions.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and across teams.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in internal team communication practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including C# and ASP.Net, with experience in web-based application development.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and at least one UI framework such as Angular or React.
- Experience working with database systems like SQL Server.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as MS Unit and QUnit.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience using Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including direct communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Azure cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
