Position Description:
- Identify and document business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements, including considerations for health, safety, security, usability, data, and supportability.
- Evaluate risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact to guide decision-making.
- Analyze and model processes, data flows, and technology to assess current value and challenges, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of requirements to ensure alignment with the solution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs through testing, scope changes, and final implementation.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate that solutions effectively meet business needs by coordinating and overseeing testing activities.
- Seek guidance from experienced Business Analysts and remain open to continuous learning and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools with hands-on experience.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT or a related four-year degree.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Agile project environments is an advantage.
- Agile certifications or relevant training preferred.
