Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by efficiently resolving ticket requests.
- Enhance documentation by creating and updating problem-solving guides, Q&A resources, and onboarding materials.
- Lead campaigns targeting multiple customers through digital touchpoints and engagement activities.
- Identify high-potential and high-risk customers among newly onboarded users.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by introducing them to products and support processes, including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and data applications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to develop and execute engagement plans aligned with customer objectives.
- Actively engage with assigned customers to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Gather customer feedback, structure insights, and share them with the product team for review and improvement.

- Possess experience in customer-facing roles with a strong ability to engage and support clients.
- Demonstrate empathy and a natural inclination to assist others.
- Exhibit a strong passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu.
- Possess excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating with various stakeholders.
- Showcase strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and continuously update documentation.
- Work effectively as a team player, collaborating across multiple internal departments.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in multiple languages is highly valued. If you have written and spoken fluency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian, in addition to excellent English communication skills, please mention it.
