Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and release features on time with high quality to drive revenue and margin impact for top brands.
- Design features with a focus on scalability and high availability of systems.
- Collaborate with the team by conducting code reviews, participating in design discussions, and mentoring developers.
- Take ownership of assigned features and work directly with product teams to enhance customer impact.
- Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle as part of a Scrum team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience as a Java developer with strong skills in software system design, problem-solving, and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with distributed transaction-processing systems or asynchronous messaging technology.
- Solid understanding of system performance trade-offs, load balancing, and designing for high availability.
- Strong commitment to building high-quality software with end-to-end ownership of developed features.
- Knowledge of enterprise information systems, service-oriented architectures, and operational data stores is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
