Key Responsibilities:
- Complete training programs in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
- Contribute to efficiency improvement projects related to AI.
- Develop prototypes to drive innovation in AI and ML applications.
- Learn and apply Red Hat technologies, such as RHEL AI, to address real-time use cases and challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong understanding of foundational Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
- Knowledge of data visualization, preprocessing, and analysis using standard NLP libraries like SpaCy and NLTK.
- Solid foundation in Python programming.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NumPy.
- Understanding of AI hardware accelerators, including GPUs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment.
- Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI development practices.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
- Adaptability to emerging AI technologies and tools.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities, take initiative, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for resolving technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience contributing to AI/ML projects at the university or personal level.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices for AI/ML model deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in open-source development and contributions to AI/ML projects on platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Understanding of foundational concepts in generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including transformers, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models for tasks like regression, classification, and forecasting, along with evaluating their performance.
