Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Data Engineering team within EY Client Technology’s Advanced Analytics Team to develop Power BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights through effective visualization and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy, performance, and scalability of Power BI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to optimize reporting capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M-language).
- Advanced understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL techniques.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports (including paginated reports) and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Power BI data models for complex, large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience in deploying and optimizing large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data querying languages.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power BI certification.
- Experience with other BI tools.
- Hands-on experience working within large teams to successfully implement Power BI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with Git.
- Ability to propose solutions based on best practices from Microsoft documentation, whitepapers, and community publications.
