Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain reusable, efficient, and scalable test automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Develop and Execute Test Cases: Create and execute test cases for various software functionalities, including UI, backend, and integration layers, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test requirements, report bugs, and ensure their timely resolution.
- Continuous Testing and CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and ensure prompt reporting of test results.
- Performance and Load Testing: Conduct performance testing to assess software stability under expected and unexpected loads.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test plans, and results while providing clear, actionable bug reports and test summaries for stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software testing or a related domain.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Primary Skills:
- Proficiency in Manual Testing, Test Automation Fundamentals, and Test Case Design.
- Experience in End-to-End Testing and Test Documentation.
- Knowledge of Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cucumber, and Rest-Assured.
- Hands-on experience in Testing with Java, Python, and SQL scripting.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Programming Languages such as Java and Python.
- Experience with Version Control Systems like Git.
- Basic understanding of DevOps and Cloud Technologies.
- Knowledge of API Testing.
